Last Saturday of the month is dedicated to gentle chair stretches.

Bootcamp by Kate is the best!

Kate's  warm-up stretches are exactly what I need after sitting at my desk all  day. She keeps you on your toes! Her workouts are fun and engaging,  whether you're using a chair to do step ups and tricep dips, sliding  with socks, or having a pillow fight!  - Valerie P.
